Under Scarlett’s leadership, the studio is driven by a multidisciplinary team with expertise spanning interior design, sourcing, and product development.
With over a decade of industry experience and a deep-rooted passion for interiors, Scarlett began her career as Lead Designer at Soho House. Key design projects included Soho Farmhouse, Canouan, Mykonos and Paris.
In her final three years at Soho House, Scarlett led the design of Soho House Mumbai. She spent significant time in India, working closely with local artisans, designing bespoke textiles, and developing custom block prints in Jaipur. These rich experiences continue to shape the studio’s distinctive approach to creating timeless, thoughtfully curated spaces.
Building on this foundation, the studio’s aesthetic is rooted in a deep appreciation for heritage, natural materials, and richly layered design. Scarlett’s brother, Archie, brings a diverse and complementary skill set to the studio. Along with interior design, he holds a passion for the architectural elements, while also having a honed eye for sourcing antiques and unique pieces. Scarlett and Archie, together with their dedicated team, have cultivated a studio known for its collaborative ethos, client-focused mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
The studio has launched a growing textile collection, reflecting its commitment to craftsmanship and detail. With bases in London and Wiltshire, the studio’s portfolio includes the restoration of a Hebridean Island, elegant London townhouses, and a range of distinctive, commercial spaces.
